I had the worst experience with a city pass ever. It was almost useless. There are listed some free places that are actually not free. We have been to a place where the entrance was free for the first 4 people with such a card, the other ones have been obligated to buy tickets. Also, the public transport cards must be picked up from 4 places, mandatory. These details are not visible in the first place. Going further, i called in the call center.. the number wasn t available!!! NO SUPPORT!

Waste of time and money We thought this card might save on time, transport costs, some entry fees etc on a short trip but it did none of the above. It says there's an app to use but once you've purchased you then have to collect your transport ticket from a collection point. Not clear on the site, and we were sent to 4 different places at Central Station before finally finding the right place! We were then issued with a regular €8.25 travel ticket for 48 hrs.No decent offers. V poor.

Not worth the money and I couldn't register the app at the Milano Centrale Station because they longer work with them as of 17/12/18 (however the location was still listed on the app on 27/12/18) so I still had to buy train tickets. The difference in price does make it worthwhile as the discounts aren't that much, usually 10%. You'd be better off just buying metro tickets at the airport.
