Upon creating a new account I can't progress further in the app unless I confirm my email, no confirmation has been received at all. Yes I checked my spam folder and I've tried with a different email and a different device still nothing. I tried 8 months ago and now and no improvement. I bought the collars thinking I could make use of the app but so far it's been useless.

haven't even had the app for 10 minutes but I'm already experiencing problems, I'm trying to proceed with uploading my cats picture after repositioning the photo and it refuses to work. Also don't like how much info it's asking from me, makes me uncomfortable esp seeing that there's no way for me to delete my data from the app afterwards...

Setup screen was not in English & I couldnt figure out how to change it. Also only gave options for a cat or dog (I think), I'm using it for goats.
