Experimenting with app now. So far I am finding it to be useful and fairly intuitive. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to edit saved markers and give them a descriptive name rather than the default marker 2, marker 2, etc. Update - thanks to the quick response from the developer team. I now know how to edit the marker names!

This navigation app is quite good. However, for years I have pled with developers to make the integration time used for computing speed and direction longer then the present one or two seconds. At low sailboat speeds, both direction and speed have enormous jitter, they jump all over the place. Allowing the user to select an integration time of up to a minute would cure this. Every GPS position has an error, so at slow speeds you must integrate over longer periods of time for accuracy.

Completely useless for real boaters. Can't use GPS without an Internet connection, so what's the point? Even then, I was in a bay and it showed me in a shore slip that I had been in the previous day and it wouldn't change. Google maps showed my exact location in the bay on the same device. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: I did exactly as you suggest. GPS is working perfectly with all other apps. I also followed the instructions online, reset GPS and restarted. I have a free app, works perfectly.
