The Rifiutologo is the environmental services app valid exclusively for the areas served by Hera, AcegasApsAmga, and Marche Multiservizi.

Where do you throw away plastic cutlery? What about ironing boards? Want to report a bin that's overflowing or damaged? Taking a material to the recycling center and want to know if you're eligible for a discount?

The Rifiutologo app explains waste sorting, is updated in real time, and answers your questions. Thanks to geolocation, you can discover the points of interest closest to you and book a home collection for bulky waste with just a few clicks.

You can also consult collection calendars and informational materials, and if you have a curbside collection service, you can also receive a notification reminding you of the day your waste must be put out.

Please note: We do not respond to reviews, so if you have any technical issues, you can report them to customer service (800.999.500 for home customers, 800.999.700 for business customers).

Ratings and reviews

it doesn't show the "comune", even if I keep my location on. I tried to reinstall few times but it doesn't work.

Notifications do not work as expected, they are raised the same day garbage is collected instead of the day before. This way they are useless...

Extremely handy and well designed!
