The new application for controlling and setting your fixed air conditioner without outdoor unit, via bluetooth, Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection, wherever you may be!

5 operating modes: air conditioning, heating, dehumidification, ventilation only, automatic.

I managed to pair using an old Samsung tablet running Android 8. Once paired, if the tablet doesn't have bluetooth turned on, it tries to use Wifi. If it isn't on the same Wifi network (SSID) as the air con unit, it uses the cloud. All good. HOWEVER, the air con has huge problems trying to pair with Samsung and Huawei phones running Android 9 and Android 10. Mostly it loses the bluetooth connection before set-up is complete. If you do manage to pair, you are still out of luck. If the phone's bluetooth is turned off, the app won't start. It doesn't move to Wifi or the cloud. This appears to be an Android permissions problem. The whole point of the WiFi card ($$$) is that you can connect when you are outside the home (e.g. I will be home in 15 minutes, start the air con now). It is complete FAILURE as it only works when you are standing next to the air con unit, when you could use the regular remote control.

This does the basics (now I've had the wifi card installed) but it's missing basic functionality from the remote control, namely Eco mode and Night mode. If they added this in it would be a good app but as it is this means we have to use an awkward hybrid of this app and the original remote, which causes conflicts between which controller has put it into which mode!

The B1015 Wifi card is required to be installed to allow control via this app. Every so often I have problems connecting to the cloud. The last solution that worked was to reset the aircon connection settings and re-enter them. Also, if you are close enough for the app to detect the aircon via Bluetooth, but distant enough for the connection to fail then it will keep trying Bluetooth and ignore WiFi and cloud connection. Turning off BT temporarily fixes that.
