SayEye is an eye-tracking software suite that allows those with complex neurological diseases to communicate with their eyes.
It is a tool designed both for communication sessions for rehabilitation purposes and to facilitate communication between caregiver and care-receiver on a daily basis.
SayEye consists of the eye tracker for eye tracking, a free open source software that can be installed on a PC and an app for mobile devices that allows caregivers to create new content in an immediate and intuitive way.
For example, thanks to SayeEye, the care-giver can photograph the bar counter and send the choices to the care-receiver who, with just a glance, can indicate on his device what he wants to order.
The system allows you to see precisely what the care-receiver is watching and for how long, and integrates algorithms that allow automatic calibration of the eye-tracker, ensuring an experience that is as personalized, fluid and intuitive as possible.
SayEye was created starting from the specific need of children suffering from serious communication and language difficulties, with particular attention also to the care-giver experience. In fact, one of SayEye's innovations lies in the idea of creating a system that allows caregivers and care-receivers to each have their own tool.
