About this app

The application allows the user to interact with the State Police by sending reports (video, audio, images and text) relating to episodes of bullying, drug dealing and domestic violence.
The contents are transmitted to the Police office in geolocalized mode and allow you to know the place and details of the events in real time.
It is also possible to send and transmit at a later time by entering the address of the place where the event occurred.
The application, mainly intended for children and the school world, was created to prevent the phenomena of bullying, to combat drug dealing and to report episodes of domestic violence. The new release in addition to allowing a more immediate user experience also allows you to communicate in chat with the operations room of the State Police, receive messages and notifications, directly from the app.

The data acquired through this application are stored in an IT structure, logically separated for each Police Headquarters, at the CED of the Ministry of the Interior. The persons in charge of data processing are the operators identified by the data controller indicated below: the staff of Police Headquarters, Police Commissariats and Central Offices of the PS Department for research purposes; the staff of the CED of the Ministry of the Interior for the management and technical maintenance of the system. Access to data online is allowed to agents and officers of the judicial police and public security of the State Police, expressly authorized by a specific provision of the commissioner, for purposes of prevention, detection and repression of crimes, as well as to protect the order. and public safety. The information can be consulted, as well as by the reporting party, exclusively to the judicial police and public security officers of the State Police, assigned to investigative services and with a specific access profile at national level. The data collected in the system are permanently destroyed after 5 years from entry.
