Set the SpectroLife widget on screen and tap it whenever your mood changes or you change activity.
Periodically, your SpectroLife-Trainer will appear with a notification to give tips and support.
Minute after minute. hour after hour, and day after day, charts and spectrograms will give you a detailed picture of your life:
- The 4 days of the week with the greatest amount of data recorded for each mood or activity.
- The 4 hours of the day with the greatest amount of data recorded for each mood or activity.
- The percentages of each mood or activity (for activities you can compare your data with the chosen goals).
- The spectrogram with the collected data.
