TripStep is the first Italian App also accessible to those with sensory disabilities, which allows everyone to create a multimedia travel guide with just a few clicks.
TripStep is born from the idea of offering to ALL the normo travelers equipped and / or with sensory disabilities an interactive and accessible travel guide created ad hoc according to their needs.
The TripStep App is designed in terms of graphics and operation to be accessible to all users, from children to the elderly, from normos equipped to users with sensory and motor disabilities: each trip, selectable at startup, is created, free of charge, through the appropriate portal, www.tripstep.it, from sector operators, teachers, experienced travelers or simple occasional explorers.
A set of stages, divided by province, with descriptions, photos and multimedia contributions that are activated automatically when each stage is recommended by those who know the geographical areas and actively share their knowledge.
The information is created by the staff of TripStep to always be interesting, usable and never boring. We at TripStep think that "the emotion of a journey must be perceived at every level and without any barrier".
You can use the App for consultation or as a guide to the territory thanks to the integrated map system and special geographical notifications. Developed at Hoc for Screen Reader and the major navigation aids, TripStep allows to break down any possible usability barrier.
