About this app

My SAR is an App of Services in Network Ltd, company electricity distributor of AIM Vicenza Group.

With the App My SAR you can:
- Report a failure of its electrical load (black-out)
- Get an estimate of the repair time of the outage
- Receive notifications when the fault resolution
- Check the dates of the planned measures
- Get a list of activities and precautions to be followed in case of failure

To register you must enter e-mail, password and mobile phone number.
Following will be requested tax code (or VAT) and POD code is a unique number associated with the user. The POD is located on the electricity bill or on the counter display by pressing the key repeatedly. The POD code begins with IT025E ... ..

Reporting a fault:
In case of power failure you can send a message by clicking the (+) button and following the instructions on the screen. It 'important to include a note describing the fault and the nr. phone to contact.
