About this app

The MyTIM app lets you manage your prepaid mobile and landline lines from your smartphone or tablet.

You can log in using your MyTIM account with your email address as your username.
If you want to create an account and associate it with a landline, you can do so from the app by connecting via Wi-Fi to the FIBER or ADSL network of the TIM line you wish to register.

With this version of the MyTIM app, you can:
- Register a MyTIM account to access via the app or the web
- Check the activation status of your lines
- Manage and save your preferred payment methods
- Receive assistance from an operator via chat or through the WeTIM Community
- Track your orders
- Purchase TIM offers and products
- Quickly find what you need using the search box
- Quickly access the most useful features via the quick actions section
- Discover TIM news, entertainment, and contests through stories
- Access the benefits of TIM Party, TIM's completely free loyalty program that rewards you with many gifts designed especially for you: data, minutes, discounted smartphones, contests with exclusive prizes, and many other surprises
- Not a TIM customer? You can still participate in exclusive contests, track your orders, activate a SIM card, and much more.

For your mobile lines:
• View your remaining credit
• Get information about your tariff plan
• Check your offers to check your available minutes, texts, and data
• View and manage the services active on your line
• Top up online with one click using a credit card, PayPal, and Satispay, or using a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service.
• View your credit movements on your line.
• Purchase tickets for public transportation, parking, and restricted traffic zones in various cities.

For your landlines:
• View your offers and services active on your line.
• View your invoices from the last year.
• View and download your invoice in PDF format.
• Pay your invoice by credit card or PayPal.
• Direct debit your invoice to your current account or credit card.
• Move or transfer your account.

Plus, with TIM Benefit, we provide you with codes. Discounts to use on your online purchases on major brand websites! We do this using accessibility permissions (API) by accessing the URLs of the brands you visit to provide you with available discount codes.

Ratings and reviews

For an app that is meant to be used in multiple countries, only having Italian as the chosen language is extremely frustrating. I ran out of data for international use and have been unable to reload, and due to other reviews I've read, refuse to use in-app services I can't fully understand anyway to try to do so. I will be switching phone services again at my earliest convenience.

23 May 2022 Up until a few days ago, the app was working fine. Then it started asking me to log in, when I was already logged in. Now I get an error message when I try to log in and an error message when I try to send my email address to change the password. Also, I suddenly cannot log in on the website. To judge from other recent reviews, other people are having the same problem. Obviously there is something wrong with the app and/or the website.

I had it over the year and it was working OK even overseas. But today it stopped working. App does not recognize my email address. I still can reset the password using mobile number but cannot login. Get the message " there is no line assiciated with this emal". UPDATE. I figured it out. App takes me to the fix line instead of mobile. Eventually I reluctantly canceled an account as it was suggested by the app and imitated it again. Then it started to work.
