Easily find what you're looking for!
We've introduced a simple and intuitive search and a new navigation menu. At your disposal you'll have the innovations of the best brands and unmissable selections of products, even with free delivery.
To easily find the products you love, you can also save your searches, create your wishlist, compare products and check the status of your order.

You choose how to pay!
With Unieuro you can safely choose two payment methods:
• Payment in store. At the time of purchase you can choose to collect and pay for the products you've selected directly at the nearest store.
• Online payment with Apple Pay, Klarna, credit card and PayPal

In-Store Experience
Finding the Unieuro store closest to you is very simple. You can view the stores on the map or through a convenient list, access all the information you need: opening hours, telephone number, address and extraordinary openings. Once you have found the nearest store, getting there will be a breeze, by clicking on the appropriate function your phone's navigator will start.
Once you arrive in store, the app can help you choose the products you want to buy. Use the scan to find information, features and reviews of the products.

Unieuro Club
Always carry your Unieuro Club card with you. In your profile you can associate your card and once you arrive in store you can show the barcode directly from your phone. Accumulate points and access many discounts.

The app works just fine, the problem is that it takes forever to have the order confirmation even though you pay on the spot when you purchase something online. Unieuro has good prices but I think the online purchases sucks, can't compare with Amazon, I actually regretted not to purchase my new TV on Amazon instead even though it was slightly more expensive than Unieuro but at least Amazon deliver the goods ordered quickly and their support is great. I recomend not to purchase online with Unieuro

Worst online shop service ever.. Client services is absent, no emails answered, no call answered.. nothing , just wait 2 weeks till I got my purchases.. unbelievable.. I ordered multiple items, on 2/12/2020 and I received them separately. The last item was today 17/12/2020 🤦🤦🤦. Another story, they reserved money transection for 2 weeks, after I ordered they can I never ever buy from online unieuro. Amazon I ordered 2 items, within less than 2 days I got them.. Every thing is documented... 😑

I ordered online a product that was on sale (iphone) last january 7 and selected as payment method "payment in store". After waiting for 5 days they sent me a mail saying that the product is ready to be picked up. I just got it this morning, i waited for 10mins for the information desk to help me with my order and from there it went smoothly. I think the besy way to buy things is to order the product then make it be delivered to the store and then pay it there once you pick it up. Hope it helps
