Ratings and reviews

Functional, with useful settings, but inconsistent. I used to find the app perfectly fine, without any issues. Sure. It might have been a little light on features, but at least I hadn't experienced any bugs over the last year of using it. Now, for the last 2 months, the app can't seem to keep my JBL TUNE 770NC registered in the app. I have to go through the "Setup" every single time! Does take very long, but WTH?! An interruption, every time I open the damn app!

Ambient sound is horrible and is set by both default and a one touch selection on the earbud. I listen to music. I don't need the outside world bleeding over. That's part of the reason why they have a word for immersion. Other than that, they're nice. Adjustable ear holders and fits well even on a hot day. Triple digits plus here.

They don't stop playing when you take both out. This model doesn't have that option. The start up sound is grating. They're oversensitive to hair or whatnot "pressing" the buttons. They glitched a lot with Spotify before I restarted my phone twice. Noise canceling not as strong as my old ones. They are not very intuitive for which ear or side of the case they go. But they are easier to get out of the case than my old ones. And they stay in okay.
