Ratings and reviews

These earbuds are the most comfortable and reasonably priced I have found with a brand that still cares about quality control. And I love the (2) options for noise cancelation! I use 1, without music, to reduce the noise of the 6 young kids living in my home by 50%, while still being able to hear and interact. The other option is good for when I'm out and conversing; it helps those on the other end hear me much better. I've had them for about a year, dropped each 10s of times; still going strong

Good app but man, can you guys please get the firmware team to push fixes for the constant dropping of connection randomly with some of your products? I've seen through 3 different sets of multiple models and the same issue occurs; randomly the Bluetooth connection will drop for about 5-10 seconds, and then the device will reconnect. It doesn't matter what model phone, happens across multiple. Other than that Major issue, app does a good job!

Good App. But I'm wondering if there's a bug in the earbuds that needs to be fixed. My buds worked great when I first got them, but after the last update now they randomly disconnect from my Bluetooth and then reconnect after a couple seconds. They do this several times throughout the day. My phone is not too far away, it stays at my desk with me, so I know I'm in range of connectivity. It would be great if JBL could fix this issue.
