About this app

An open source and ad-free Tabata training interval timer.

Pick a number of sets and repetitions, the amount of time you want to exercise and rest for in each repetition, and the length of the break between sets, then start your workout (with a short delay to give you time to get ready!)

Transitions between intervals are marked by pips on 3… 2… 1… countdowns.

Start exercising on the beep and stop on the bell (configurable).

When your workout is finished the bell will ring twice.

Has a Night mode, sIlent mode and a choice of light mode themes.

No unnecessary permissions, simple interface that allows quick and easy setup. The screen color to indicate phases of the workout is an excellent touch. Only needs the ability to save exercise presets and it would be spot on.

Best tabata timer app out there. Nothing is unnecessary, very minimal. Would love to have the chance to silence completely the sounds while being able to listen to music on my phone. Great great app.

Version 1.3.0 now has a silent mode :-)

Stopped making sounds. Was great until then. Tried resetting, reinstalling, still the same. Hard to work out and watch the timer so sounds are essential.
