Changed my gym experience I have been trying to take my weight lifting game to the next level for so long without any success... I tried tones of similar apps but nothing really worked. Once I tried this one everything changed it gave me the knowledge I lacked the details I wanted and so many different workout plans that suits all the needs. It keeps track of mostly everything you do. It gives you the confidence data support and plan to build a better body and live a healthier life ... simply this app is the best
Great app and highly recommend. The only issue is sometimes my workout data doesn't sync onto the home activity feed.... Is there a way to manually sync data from a previous work out if it doesn't the first time?... :EDIT: Thanks for the reply I've tried force sync with no luck, the only thing i could suggest would be on the website calender log section there is a share to Facebook option, maybe add a share to activity feed for those who also have the same issue as me.
Awesome app. Great app. I just wish it had a way to enter drop sets and super sets. If it does and I just haven't figured out how, add that last star. I was about to start making my own app (had actually started working on design and user stories) before I found this. If the only thing it's missing is drop/super sets, it isn't worth the effort to do an entire app. Seriously, outstanding job guys! On a side note, it would be better if the rest timer between sets could be set separately from the timer between exercises.
5 year fan. Life changing. Money saving I have used this for 5yrs it is better than your average personal trainer. The workout plans are amazing "6 week 6pac" which actually works and I'm average build averagely fit. "Bigger biceps" tells u exactly what and what not to do how many reps what exercises. Great for strength building fitness pros beginners has something for everyone it is quick and easy to use and records your workout. Download it you would be a fool not too
It's Pretty Useful in the Gym UPDATE (11/4/16): Six months later and I'm still using the app. I've even customized some of the free workouts into custom workouts to use. The thing is, I noticed that the app didn't update my workouts without me logging out first. OLD: Jefit has been pretty useful to me for the past few weeks I've used it. It's great for tracking the exercises that I do and at what weight I lifted. It sucks that most useful workout plans require a subscription, but the free parts have been useful to me nonetheless.
When I'm in doubt, just Jefit it It's the best. Very informative. Love their explanation of the form and those image help a lot. Regular user. The best. Would love it more if those images were even more clear, like a gif video where I can turn the dude so i can have a better look at their exact form. How they lift etc..
