5 year fan. Life changing. Money saving I have used this for 5yrs it is better than your average personal trainer. The workout plans are amazing "6 week 6pac" which actually works and I'm average build averagely fit. "Bigger biceps" tells u exactly what and what not to do how many reps what exercises. Great for strength building fitness pros beginners has something for everyone it is quick and easy to use and records your workout. Download it you would be a fool not too
Best app to track weight lifting This is by far the best app to track weight lifting. The reason for the three stars is that it doesn't sync with anything. No Google Fit, no MyFitnessPal, nothing. Nearly every other fitness app in the store syncs with these two apps in one way or another. And no, pulling measurements from Google Fit is not syncing. Also, Android Wear integration seems like an afterthought. Poor UI and it disconnects constantly. Leaving my phone turned on and continually reconnecting the app defeats the purpose.
Purchased the pro, but has not made significant change to my use case. Some rooms for improvement: 1) Make the statistic in the app easier to access, rather than searching it one by one through the exercises page. 2) I would like to read the instruction during my pause break, which is not possible at the moment 3) Web user interface could be much better. 4) make it possible to download exercises log into CSV files.
Good with Limitations The app is almost perfect but with limitations that's going to make me look else where. Some of the annoyances: 1: the note function is not very helpful with too many presses. I like to retrieve previous workouts and read the notes since it helps me track my effort. Bringing up notes from previous exercises while doing a current workout is too tedious and complicated. 2. When doing an exercise, the page is pre-populated with a list of weights and reps. Waste of space. Why not show the previous routines?
Awesome! Love the tracking and customization! I can't say enough about this app and I highly recommend it to everyone I know! However I do wish that it estimated/tracked calories burned and that there was a side-by-side comparison for updated body stats.
Machine lists Most machines are listed. These need to be sorted alphabetically or have a search facility to be able to find right machine. I still cannot find "Pectoral Fly" by matrix and the log area does not scroll up to add additional sets on top of 3. The keyboard covers up the sets over 3 on my Galaxy s7 edge.
