Recent changes have made the move demos pretty useless. They used to show the start and end movement in a two image animation or gif or whatever. Now they seem to just show two random frames from the move. You might see the start and then midway through instead of the end. I noticed one that actually has two different people from different angles. That doesn't help at all. Please revert these changes.

If you are serious about working out this is a great workout planning/tracking app. I've been using it for a few years now. I tried several before and always moved on to others, that is until JEFIT. It's great for planning workouts, logging, easily swapping exercises if you need to switch it up on a given day, and as simple as it is, the rest timer between sets is great, you can set a fixed time for exercises but if you want more or less of a rest you can adjust that as you go between sets.

As a complete newbie to weight training, I found the app busy, unintuitive, and sometimes frustrating. I was looking for guidance on a dead simple dumbell full-body workout. You can find one, mixed in with a thousand other results of mixed relevance. But even then some of the exercises are missing animations or even basic images. So much of the input/functionility is non-obvious and not labelled. There's no description of the upcoming exercise when you're on the rest counter. Out of characters
