Great, flexible I have the memory of a goldfish, so at the gym I open up my pre-planned workout and just follow along. I can immediately see what weight I used for each lift and how many reps I completed last time. I tend to wait way too long between sets so I like the rest timer. It's easy to add, delete, or reorder the exercises within a workout and the database is sufficiently large. I also keep track of things like what setting I put the seat at for machines in the notes.
Great app, just needs wearable technology I love this app, the only thing that is missing is wearable technology. I know it's in consideration, but from the reviews that's from 2014. Come on Jefit, at least make a basic app for Android and apple users to send the workout to the watch, then transfer back to the phone. Just until all the kinks are worked out with google. We are in 2016 be a few years ahead of the game. Other companies are creating new workout apps and the more they sync with wearable technology it may leave Jefit behind.
Absolutely Love This App!! Absolutely love this app! I use it daily. 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I only have four things I would add to it. 1. Real weight tracking so that you can integrate changes in your personal weight daily, for those who track body composition and competition. 2. Eating plans and tracking. 3. Physical body measurement tracking for waist, biceps, quads and ect. 4. GPS run tracking. It's a great app without these things but it would even be better if it had them.
Pretty Good Took some figuring out, but easy to use once you have the hang of it. Like the ability to create your own exercises. Also like all the stats I can track. The workout timer is weird for me since I don't use the app while working out, so the numbers are never correct. I'd like to see a graph of my body stats over time as well.
71kg to 64kg!! Thanks a lot parking lot! I started going on gym sessions without any knowledge on what routine should I do to begin with. But then I started browsing apps to help me what's good for me and found this app. It really helps a lot on loosing weight and choosing the right routine as what I've wanted. Every day there is are new set of routines that keeps me excited to go on a gym to try out new routines. Proper instructions and are on description and it's a user friendly app. I recommend using this app for a begginer like me.
Well designed and customizable I've used several apps for working out and I like this the most. It's very easy to use and functions perfectly for use during a workout. Despite having more advanced features, it is simple for a new user to make use of the app without delving into the extras. But having those extras available when you need them makes the app very valuable. Aside from a minor spelling mistake at the bottom of the pro upgrade page (wound -> would), there's nothing I would change about this app.
