I was logged into the app with the same user name, email and password on two different devices and was being charged as an elite member on both. I contacted support and they were absolutely no help. I gave 2 stars because the app does need a bit more development as far as various workouts are concerned. You can create your own plan or use a pre-made plan, and the app keeps up with your workout logs. But tech support leaves MUCH to be desired. Gonna try Fitbod for a (hopefully) better experience

Hi there. Please see most recent email reply-the issue was likely caused by a conflict with paid Elite subscription on both Play Store and App Store, which is a highly unusual situation.

one disappointment is that when you try to post workout log to Facebook all it does is post an ad instead of log. yes it is linked. but instead of showing log when you try to post to face book, it just shows a link to download app instead. @Jefit - Yes I did. Also, the there's a stopwatch feature but the timer feature doesn't work anymore intra-workout. Update: timer works as expected. The Facebook feature still to this day has not been fixed nor has it ever been fixed since 2021.

Willie, if FB changes anything on their end (happens often) then the share doesn't work as expected. Most people post a screen shot of their summary page instead. For Interval Timer, make sure you have a value inputted in the Interval field which you can access via the Edit function. Hope to get a higher re-rate based on this.

I really enjoy this tracker. Once you figure out how to use it then it becomes a very easy & useful tracker. I have two programs I alternate between and it's easy to switch the active one and see what my reps where the last time. It's great tracking progress, seeing the estimated recovery times, and seeing the total amount of weight moved. Another great thing is the WearOS app that can be used with the app so I can track on my watch instead of my phone. I just wish it had a plate calculator!
