Never again ordering something from here. I ordered and paid it by ovo, but when it canceled automatically because the outlet didn't accept the order, I don't get my money back. I contacted help from apps, and DM-ed in Instagram, still haven't got any response. I read the review and this is not the first time things like this had happened Please fix the system AND make a costumer service hotline/email for complaints.

I put my order twice, but unsuccessful. Until I go to the store, and they said that if they don't open the apps, the order notification isn't popped out. Please fix this! You will lose a lot of potential order just bec the store doesn't receive any notification.

App runs veryy slow even in fast internet speed, it took long time to me to order item here. Once i paid my order via ovo, it said the payment unsuccsessful, but my ovo cash didnt come back.
