I love the old version. Many bible versions to choose from. It has daily scheduled devotional from crosswalk, which i love. Easy to navigate. The previous devotionals are shown as well and organize, so if you missed, you can go back and read them. The ads didnt bother me much. But... The new one has many daily devotionals to read from different writers, evangelists, authors, speakers... mtm, confusing. The dates are not organize anymore. And i wish there are no ads.

I have had this app for years and finally deleted same. The quality has decreased overtime, it started with display interstitials, not so bad as you could easily close. Not they bombard with high volume video interstitials everytime you open the app. Has absolutely no respect for the user, very annoying experience and not worth it for the little to no value it brings. I recommend Youversion it has everything with No ads.

I loved this app for years. I appreciated the different translations. However, the microphone to have it read to you is poorly placed and moves as things are loading, which lead to awkward moments during service. I learned to avoid it, and kept using this app. Today, however, I have decided to uninstall. Ads were added with noise and music that blasted out of my "silenced phone. " I don't mind silent ads that support the ministry, but this is a hard no for me if I can't even open the app at chur
