The app works great for my G4 running 5.0.1. It initially found all the apps and when they were originally installed on my phone, and in my tests tracked those being added, updated, or uninstalled. I really wish it had an option to export to CSV or XML, or somehow get the data out of the app. I've not (yet) looked into the database it uses to see if I can do this myself. I also wish it didn't default to keeping only 100 records; that seems too little. It doesn't look like it lost any records for me, so maybe the limit is only enforced on exit. Similarly, I wish it had a larger max limit than 2000. It really should have an option to not trim the data at all (unlimited records). I primarily installed this as a replacement for the discontinued "App Timeline" feature of AppBrain.
Just what I needed I went looking for an app that could track my updates and app installs over time so I could troubleshoot things. This is just what the doctor ordered. The one thing I really wish this had is either an in-app purchase or a paid version to remove ads.
Missing some events This would be perfect if it were 100% accurate but it's not. For example today I installed the Discover card app and this app has no idea.
What I wanted I'm curious to see what changes when there's an update but checking them one by one in the play store gets annoying. For that, this app saves time by bringing everything in one list.
Very helpful This is a great way to help figure out what changes may have had positive out negative affects on my devices.
