The Uniho Owner App is a smartphone app that allows owners to communicate smoothly with Uniho.

You can now receive income and expenditure reports, management work reports, and repair consultations more smoothly and accurately, and the app will manage all of the information, such as messages, documents, and photos exchanged with our company, on behalf of the owner.

■Chat
You can send and receive documents, photos, and videos, so you can centralize your contact with Uniho and achieve smooth communication.

■Income and expenditure report
We will report your income and expenditure on the app.
You can check your income and expenditure without going back through documents or emails.
You can also switch the display for each room you own with one click.
You can view your income and expenditure trends on the app anytime, anywhere.

■Workflow
You can receive confirmation requests from Uniho via message and easily respond with approval or rejection on the app.
By simplifying the transmission of information, you can prevent leaks from the management company and quickly complete document confirmation and approval work no matter where you are.

■Document storage
Invoices, quotations, and other documents are sent as attachments to messages from Uniho.

In addition, documents are automatically sorted and saved into folders by property and document type, so you can easily review documents at any time.

You can immediately check the contract details and room information for each property within the app.
