[Demonic Shiritori] -- That one character will drive you into a corner.
If you think this is just a regular shiritori game, you're mistaken.
"Demonic Shiritori" is a new type of strategic shiritori game that not only tests vocabulary, but also competes on which characters to prevent your opponent from using and how to maneuver without stealing characters. Use all your skills and seize victory!
🔑 Devilish Rules
1. "Securing" Characters
- The first player to use an unused character "secures" that character.
- A secured character can be used as many times as you like.
- A character secured by an opponent cannot be used again.
(However, you can only use the opponent's character as the initial.)
2. The key to victory is either "stealing everything" or "not stealing anything at all."
- Unlike regular shiritori, there is a 10-turn limit. After 10 turns, the player with the most secured characters loses.
If you reserve too many characters in an attempt to deprive your opponent of options, you will ultimately lose... This dilemma is what makes the game so "devilish."
Stop all of your opponent's vocabulary to limit it, or attack without retaliating to escape... Your strategic judgment is called into question!
3. Two Mistakes End the Game Immediately
A player will be instantly defeated if they make any of the following mistakes twice:
- Using a word ending with "n."
- Using a character that has been reserved by their opponent.
- Using a word not in the dictionary or a non-noun.
