This is the official app provided by Chikuho Bank.
With the "Chikugin App", anyone with a savings account can check the account balance and deposit/withdrawal details without an Internet banking contract, and can use links to various contents. Even if you do not have an account yet, you can apply to open an account by taking a picture of your driver's license with a smartphone and sending it along with the necessary information.

■ How to set up for the first time (for those who have an account)
1. Start the app and press the new ID registration button. The web page for user registration is displayed.
2. Use the cash card information to register for use.
3. After completing the user registration, return to the application screen and log in with the registered ID.
4. Complete the biometric authentication and PIN code settings.
5. You can log in with biometric authentication or PIN code when starting next time.

■ How to use the account opening function (for those who do not have an account)
1. Start the app and take a picture of your driver's license.
2. After entering the required information, check the contents and send.
3. A reception completion email will be sent to the entered email address, and the application for opening an account will be completed.

After completing the account opening procedure, we will send you a cash card, etc. by simple registered mail.

*Passbooks will not be issued.
*Account opening may be refused based on comprehensive judgment of our bank after the application is received.
* The account to be opened will be an ordinary savings account without a passbook. In addition, it will be a simultaneous application for "Internet Banking Service" and "Chikugin Point Service".
*The account will be opened at the Bank's main branch closest to your address.
*A cash card will be delivered approximately two weeks after the account opening application is completed.
*Customers who use identification documents other than driver's licenses are very sorry to trouble you, but please come to the branch counter.
