How to use the app ~4 steps~

1. Record the foods you eat
We have a database of over hundreds of foods. However, since meals vary widely, it is difficult to prepare all food data. Therefore, we focused on allowing users to freely customize data without stress.
First, let's search. The database is automatically filtered in real time every time you enter a character, so if you already have data, you can find it right away. Tap the found note to move it to the appropriate time slot on your calendar. If the data is not found, a registration button will appear, allowing you to register immediately. You may be confused about what to do with the FODMAP subcategory, but you can edit it later, so let's register it for now. It's easy to delete, so there's no need to worry about registering by mistake.

2. Record toilet information
If you eat a lot and keep track of your food, eventually you'll end up going to the bathroom. Record the state of your defecation and toilet information. Toilet information can be found easily by tapping the toilet tab, as there are notes and toilet tabs in the menu on the right. Move the toilet information that is close to your bowel movements to the appropriate time on the calendar.

3. Let's press the analysis button
After recording your food and toilet usage, press the analysis button to display the analysis page. The influence of the food you eat on your bowel movements is scored and displayed. If you don't see it, make sure you have both food and a toilet within 24 hours. This analysis function calculates retrospectively from the toilet information records, but by default only records from within 24 hours are included in the calculations.

4. Let's continue for a few days
If you enter toilet information multiple times over a number of days, you will be able to see trends in what foods you eat and what your bowel movements are like. Those with high negative scores are likely to have a negative effect on your stomach and intestines. This could be something you like or something that is generally known to be good for your stomach. Consider your preferences and general evaluations, and whether something is suitable for your stomach or intestines, and use this as a reference when deciding whether to refrain from eating it.
