very difficult to book a flight. keep saying membership number is error when it is correct.

useless app and rather pointless. cannot even check into flight with app.

Like with almost any Japanese software, once you sign up you'll get bombarded with spam emails - that you cannot switch off 100%. What's the point of having people download an app when then you still operate like in the 90s with spam newsletters??? Also, there's no point really to become an ANA member, because booking awards flights and using your miles is basically impossible. Stick to JAL.
