About this app

■App overview
・Sagin PayB is the official app of Saga Bank.
・You can easily pay utility bills, taxes, mail order purchase prices, etc. from your Saga Bank account without having to go to a convenience store or bank counter.
・The payment will be immediately deducted from your pre-registered Saga Bank savings account. Multiple accounts can be registered.

■Usage target
Individual customers who hold a Saga Bank savings account and its cash card
*Registration for Internet banking service is not required.

■Usage time
Payment is possible from 0:05 to 23:55 all day.
App operations such as payment history inquiries are available 24 hours a day.

■Handling fee
free
*Packet charges for communication will be borne by the customer separately.

■How to use
・You can check your payment history on the app. No receipt will be issued.
・Customer information is managed by a central server, so security is assured.
・Can be used with payment slips issued by member stores that support PayB.
・Transactions made with Sagin PayB cannot be canceled from the app.
・If you need to cancel, such as if you made a duplicate payment using a different payment method, please contact the payee directly.
