Excellent, did the job. Like the pop up help. Worked in conjunction with using adb shell pm .. to grant permission for the app to change system language.

ok system language changed into japanese on kitkat 4.4.2 but al of menu buttons are still in englih so half ok... hope the update improves a bit

Work well with Motorola Moto G (Android 4.4.2) IT works as promise. After permission set (needs developer mode and usb driver for Moto G). For the permission it need ADB, url for download will be nice.

Doesn't work on Android L Preview I will rate this app 5 stars when it works for Android L on Nexus 5

Does exactly what it says Needed su permission but phone was outside contract period anyway, but once rooted and su permission granted this app worked perfectly.

Sexy! I installed the rom on my HTC from some chinese website..for updating my phone to the latest software but unfortunately it was in full on chinese language and no support for english language...this app helped me out in getting my complete work done thank you!

Doesn't work with Samsung Note or Galaxy 5 I have 3 Phones. Note 4 and the ZTE Zmax and Samsung Galaxy This application didn't work on any of the Phones.

Works okay.. The Português pack only changes some in app language and a few applications otherwise the entire rest of the system is in english and unchanged. It works with the adb permissions granted on Samsung note 3 but again the Português pack needs updates.

Ameen Jones Its a very good app worthy of 5 stars, however i've switched from Galaxy S4a 4.4.1 -- 3.#.# to S5a 4.4.2 -- 3.4.0.. i've taken care of "obKNOXious" via root so pm grants aren't needed like before. Native languages like dutch and korean shows the phone fully in the language in the settings, morelocale 2 build isn't fully supported with most kernels now so some things are and aren't in japanese on my phone.. Only way to get around this is a custom rom or they patch this.

Changes somewhat Android 4.1.2 on LG Optimus F7 and it doesn't really change anything more than in-app language and some of the app names. Otherwise all system names are unchanged, at least that's the case for the german pack.

Droid razr maxx HD on android 4.4.2 Developers mode is closed on my phone and i can't do anything to install Russian language pack. It should be really very-very good if your developers will find a way to make it work on 4.4.2 without root! You saved us for a long time ago! Save us again!

Great App, just one biggy. While this app works and and has a nice and large variety of apps, there should be a Latin option. I am studying Latin and having it as my phone's system language would help with my learning. Overall, great app!

Works great It's great tool because it allows you to set a custom locale, fors example I still want to see texts in English and have my country set up to Lithuania.

Enabled me to have English as system language with Israeli locale. That's great if you don't like a right-aligned system or Hebrew system menus. Works fine on Marshmallow (CM13 Android 6.0.1) with root.
