Canon connect doesn't connect Used Eos remote worked like a charm with my 70D, app replaced with Canon connect won't even detect my camera. So DISAPPOINTING

Its a good but not best...!!!! Its really good app. Its working perfectly with my 6D. Please put exposure bar in next version. And also others parameter can be controllable, like white balance, style, bracketing (exposure & white balance) , AF mode, Drive mode (single, continuous, self timer, etc.), Metering mode, Image Quality, etc.
Utter rubbish This used to work most of the time, replacing with new Canon connect now means that I can't connect to my 70D for more than a few seconds. Lucky to get a single photo. Really poor service canon. My wife has same model phone and can connect perfectly to her Nikon and took some great photos tonight of the moon. So very disappointed Canon as I have been a Canon user since owning my A1 many years ago, may be it time to try Nikon.
Could be better. It downloads photos just fine but I wish I could use the remote to take videos instead of just taking pictures. Not asking for much here. And I don't want to install the other app that this app is recommending. It has a lot of bad reviews.
Works (somehow) I tried loading 25 pictures from my 70D to my Smartphone, when the process was finished only 10 of them appeared on my phone. Might have been my bad though as I am not too familiar with the camera yet.
Canon has released a new application "Camera Connect" to replace EOS Remote. Please use "Camera Connect" to connect your Canon digital camera to smartphones and tablets.
