- This app is intended for individual customers who hold a cash card for a Kyoto Chuo Shinkin Bank savings account. (The savings account for which the cash card is issued must be registered as the primary account.)
*This service is not available for business use.
- Only those who do not already have an account with the Bank can apply to open a savings account (general account). Please note that we may decline your account opening request based on our comprehensive judgment.
- No passbook will be issued for savings accounts (general accounts) opened through this app. Account balances and transaction details can be viewed using the app's balance and transaction detail inquiry service.
- Initial setup within the app is required to use the transfer function. SMS authentication is required during initial setup for transfers, so you must provide your mobile phone number to the Bank. Customers who have not provided their mobile phone number can apply using the customer information change function.
・The customer information inquiry/change feature allows you to check your delivery information, such as your address, phone number, and place of employment. You can also request changes through the app.
*Depending on the nature of your transaction, changes may not be accepted through the app.
