This is the official app for the "CITIZEN CONNECTED Eco-Drive W770" watch.
By syncing the watch and smartphone app, you will be able to receive notifications from incoming calls, messages and app notifications, through case vibration, sound and movement of the watch hands.
Link the app with IoT platform service "Riiiver" to customize the buttons on your watch to perform your favorite iiidea's/functions and use it with a single push.

is there any way to improve the Bluetooth on the watch firmware or how it interacts through the app? I get constant disconnects on my phone, and it refuses to reconnect to the watch 90 percent of the time. somehow though it ALWAYS successfully connects for the pairing process and and stays connected until 1-3 notifications are received or drops out after 1-30 minutes. this issue does not seem to happen on an old phone for testing with an older Bluetooth version though.

Update 4/5/23 - Cannot access notification controls after Riiiver server update. Cannot access Riiiver server via app at all. Please fix asap!!!! Using with W770 Proximity Pryzm. Connectivity with the watch seems to have improved. I want to like the Riiiver concept, but the website is slow as molasses. Update 10/30/24 - Cannot access notification controls & server app after Riiver service maintenance. Please fix asap!!! Still using W770 Proximity Pryzm.

I love the watch, but figuring out how to use this app is nearly impossible. Simplify the pairing process. Make using the app simple and intuitive. I should not need to be an expert, in order to do something as simple as pairing the watch, or updating the correct time. Only after that, will I give this app a higher rating.
