In recent years, the use of IC cards for identification purposes, such as My Number, driver's license, residence card (for foreigners), and passport, has been spreading rapidly, and their importance is increasing in line with the recent trend toward stricter security. On the other hand, the means of counterfeiting IC cards are becoming more sophisticated, and unfortunately, the number of crimes is on the rise as well. As a result, corporations and individuals are required to take stricter measures. Nevertheless, there is a limit to what can be controlled by existing visual measures.
For this reason, the "CWORK®" service was developed to enable "easy" and "strict" IC card checks during identity verification operations.
With CWORK, IC chips can be read by a smartphone application (NFC function) to prevent illegal employment by unauthorized cards. In addition, the read IC data can be used to enhance compliance by storing log data and simplify the inputting of data, thereby simplifying business processes such as employment procedures.

The main expected users (expected scenes) are as follows

◆Local governments, financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies, cell phone and car dealers, etc.
For those who have to visually confirm (or save a copy of) their identity in their daily work, the entire processing process will be digitalized, which will improve operational efficiency and automatically check for fraudulent cards.

For businesses that employ a large number of foreign part-timers, this service can simplify operations by automatically checking employment conditions and assisting in the input of troublesome paperwork to Hello Work. In addition, the CWORK service automatically alerts you to details that are easily forgotten in the existing management, such as the extension of the period of stay.

◆Foreigners with resident cards (with working status)
The system simplifies the check for part-time employment at the time of interview, and the subsequent preparation of resumes and administrative procedures. The system also visualizes employment history, making subsequent job applications and interviews smoother.

◆Head office (management) departments of restaurants, convenience stores, etc.
The employment status of the entire chain of stores can be visualized, reducing the risk of illegal employment. In addition, it is possible to grasp the status of part-time workers across the entire group, leading to reduced recruitment costs and marketing support for opening new stores.

We have made a major upgrade to the application in preparation for the official release. The major enhancements are as follows,
