The US-Japan joint terrorist organization "Ministry of Defense Central Department of Social Affairs Intelligence Division 2 Branch Office", commonly known as CIRS, was triggered by the offshore oil field explosion accident and its existence became public.
Since CIRS as a secret organization was renewed, a new organization SORD was established to take over the confidential activities.
SORD, which was established for the purpose of developing human resources who will be responsible for national defense in the future, was developed by borrowing from school organizations all over the country.
After the school was closed, Mihama Gakuen, which had been left unattended without the cost of dismantling the facility, was bought by an individual and newly took on the role of a "special skill training school."
At such a school, guns and live ammunition were given to girls who lost their place for various reasons.
In the name of national defense, they repeat dangerous extrajudicial activities that are not even life-threatening.
