≪Main Functions≫

○Delivery Status

You can check the delivery status by entering the package's "inquiry number" or scanning the barcode.

○Branch Office Search (Postal Code Search/Prefecture)

You can search for the nearest branch office by postal code or prefecture name.

○Pickup Request

You can request pickup of your package by entering your desired pickup date, time slot, etc.

To request pickup through this app, you must first register as a member using the web service at "https://corp.fukutsu.co.jp/" and have a "Customer Code".
