■Address, Phone Number, and Name Change■
You can change your registered address, phone number, and name with the bank.

■Lost/Found/Reissued■
You can report the loss of your passbook or cash card, and handle procedures for finding or reissuing it.

■Family Account Inquiry■
You can inquire about the account information (balance and transaction details) of your family members. This service requires the inquiry to be performed by the person making the inquiry.

【Who Can Use This Service】
Individual customers with a Hokkaido Bank savings account for which a cash card has been issued.

【Operating Environment】
●Smartphone devices with Android OS 9.0 or higher
●Support for devices with Android OS below 9.0 has ended; please update your OS.
*This applies to devices released by docomo, au, and SoftBank. *Even when using the above environment, the application may not function correctly depending on the model and device settings.
