■Eligible Users
・Individual customers aged 18 and over (excluding sole proprietors)
*Customers aged 65 and over who do not have a "HOKUTO" MyBank Net contract must complete the bank's designated procedures at a Hokuto Bank main branch or branch before using this app.
・Customers residing in Japan
・Customers with a current savings account (excluding overdraft-only card loan accounts) with Hokuto Bank who have been issued a cash card
・Customers with internet access and an email address
・Customers with a smartphone

■ How to Use
① To prevent fraudulent use, you will be asked to enter personal authentication information such as your account number and cash card PIN when using the app for the first time.
*If you have reported a lost cash card, please register after having it reissued at a nearby branch.
② Accounts that can be registered with this app include current savings, savings, time deposits, and card loans. Only accounts under the same name can be registered.
*Up to 20 accounts can be registered.
③ Only one smartphone per account can be registered with this app.
④If you change your device model, please install the app on your new smartphone and re-authenticate your account.
⑤When using this app, please review and agree to the App Terms of Use, our bank's regulations, and the following notes.

■ Important Notes
- This app is free to use, but you are responsible for any data charges incurred when downloading and using the app.
- This app may send you campaigns, seminars, and other information related to Hokuto Bank products and services. If you do not want to receive these notifications, please turn off the app's notification settings in your device's settings screen.
- This app can store up to 1,000 deposit and withdrawal statements.
- If you have not made an inquiry for more than two months, details for that period may not be available, and some details may not be displayed. To ensure that all past statements are stored, please launch the app regularly and update your deposit and withdrawal statements.
- If the smartphone you use this app on has been illegally modified, it may not launch or function properly.
