About this app

We support our customers' bicycles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! If your bicycle has trouble, we will transport it up to 50km at no out-of-pocket expense! On-site repair possible by reservation!

■Six features of bicycle rescue
1. Not an insurance service
Bicycle insurance services are not included, so insurance services are not covered.
This service is exclusively for bicycle road services.
2. Rush to the designated location and transport the bicycle
Free support within the cost up to 3 times a year. A rescue vehicle heads to the location where the trouble occurred.
*Up to 3 times a year, including on-site repairs.
3. Repairs available by reservation
Repairs are by appointment only. We can work at your designated location.
*If parts are required for repair work, the cost of parts etc. will be borne by the service user.
4. Membership registration required
If you register as a member with a monthly or annual contract, you can receive up to 3 free services per year. Transportation distance is free of charge up to 50km.
*Up to three times a year, including transportation and on-site repairs.
5. Family-oriented and has a wide range of targets
This is a ``family-type'' service, so one application covers the person and their family members who live with them.
*You can share the rescue phone number with your family by selecting "Tell your family the rescue contact information" in the menu.
6. Contracts for corporations are also possible.
Although each service is handled individually, it is possible for a corporation to make a contract for all its employees at once.
