About this app

The Johoku Shinkin Bank app is a smartphone app for individual and sole proprietor customers that allows you to check your checking account balance and transaction details.

It also features a push notification function, which allows us to provide various information to you.

● Usage Notes
Separate communication charges apply to using and downloading the app and using the web (including communication charges for resetting settings, etc.).

Please take security measures, such as installing security software, to protect your smartphone from viruses and malicious programs.

You are responsible for carefully managing the smartphone you use this app with to prevent loss or theft. In the unlikely event that your smartphone is lost or stolen, please immediately contact the Bank and your carrier and have your service suspended.

This app uses your current location information to send notifications from the app via push notifications.

GPS is used by default to ensure accurate location information is used to deliver appropriate notifications.

Since GPS is used to obtain location information, please be aware of battery consumption. You can always select a setting that consumes less battery (no GPS).

There may be times when the service is unavailable due to system maintenance, etc.
