i've been using this for a while now, and it seems to back up fine... today i opened the phone to find out that my 64gb card has only 1gb on it. it seems the program makes a brand new 1.7gb file every time it backs up. even though i have it set to only do new files. i would have assumed it would have copied over the old stuff or at least kept a week and then written over. and there are no settings to correct this. further there is no way to erase the files from the program. i have to do this manually. more than that, when i opened it, it refused to go into the program unless i gave it the permission to use the location features -- why does a back up program need my GPS?????

Pathetic Doesn't work at all
J S Backup I have a strong conviction that this application will be fantastic. Just needed a little bug fix and it will be second to none. Got it downloaded and perfectly installed on my Infinix hot 4 smart phone. All registration procedures correctly done. However, backups severally failed. All attempts to back up to cloud persistently failed while doing the upload. Hope you will look into this and fix this issue in your next update very soon. Thank you and God bless.
I had to wipe my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Active) so I used JS Backup to backup all of my SMS and music playlists (86 playlists in total). After wiping the phone I restored SMS and playlists. It restored all SMS conversations, EXCEPT it didn't include ANY of my SMS, only SMS from my recipients. It couldn't completely restore any of the playlists: as soon as the restore process completed, all of the playlists disappeared from Playlists directory on my phone. I tried it several time and every time it was the same.

It is an application that can be backed up easily, the data such as S! Mail or phone book that is saved in the SoftBank smartphones available.
