The app is apparently glitching out today 7/2/25 client's information and forward scheduling is missing from my calendar. when I delete and reinstall the app they come back momentarily tell you sync the schedule the boom all of them are gone again!!! what is happening??? I have never had any problems like this before and have been using the app for many years

This has been my go to calendar for years. I have a full page widget of Jorte's monthly view on my phone. The icons make it easy to see the major tasks for the day. It also easily interfaces with Google calendar for the automated adding of Zoom and Go To Meeting appointments into the calendar and other outside apps (Geocaching app for one). The diary function in the app could use some strengthening and I prefer to use a separate task tracker instead of the one built into Jorte.

I have had this for many years and I LOVE it. Love the ability to use different colors for appointments for different family members. Love the little icons to decorate with. Love all the reminder options. Love being able to run multiple calendars. However, in the last couple of months it's having major syncing issues! Virtually every day In getting a "Failed to sync" message. I dutifully send in the report, but there's no change and I've never heard back. What's going on??? Anyone there?
