This is the official app for individual customers provided by Kyoto Bank.

You can access financial services such as account inquiries, transfers, Kotora remittances, Kotora tax and public funds, Pay-easy, investment trusts, foreign currency deposits, and loans 24 hours a day, anywhere. You can also access lifestyle services such as life plan simulations, useful lifestyle information, and local attractions.

・Account Inquiry
Easily check your current balance and transaction details.

・Transfers and Other Transactions
Transfers, transfers, Kotora remittances, Kotora tax and public funds, Pay-easy, investment trusts, foreign currency deposits, loans, smartphone ATM transactions, and more.

・Kyoto Bank Smart Passbook
Your smartphone is your passbook. Since no paper passbook is issued, it is paperless and environmentally friendly, eliminating the need to visit a branch to record or roll over your passbook.

・One-Time Password
This one-time password is used for transfers using the Kyoto Bank app, locating and reissuing lost property, changing your address or phone number, and more.

・Reporting Loss/Finding, Reissuing Lost Property
If your passbook, card, or seal is lost or stolen, you can quickly report the loss for peace of mind. You can also apply for a reissue of your passbook or card.

・Address/Phone Number Changes
You can report changes of address and phone number through this app.

・Kyoto Bank App Account Opening
You can open a regular savings account through this app.
You can open an account without visiting a branch by verifying your identity with a My Number card.
You can also process the process with a driver's license or driving history certificate. (You will need to take and upload a photo of your driver's license or other ID.)
You can open an account at all Kyoto Bank branches (excluding transfer-only branches).
*Account opening applications are limited to individual customers aged 15 or older, and certain conditions apply.

京銀アプリをバージョンアップしました。
・ワンタイムパスワード利用開始時の本人認証にマイナンバーカードの「公的個人認証」を追加しました。
・スマート通帳への切替申込をより簡単に実施できたり、普通預金の明細画面から、振込振替画面に遷移できるよう、振込振替ボタンを追加するなど、操作性の改善を実施しました。
