・Up to 5 area registrations can be set for each customer's contract from all over Kyushu.

●Confirmation of power outage/restoration forecast information
-You can check the power outage situation throughout Kyushu on the map at a glance, and by enlarging the map, you can check the detailed power outage area and the expected recovery status.
・You can also check detailed power outage/restoration forecast information (time of outage, number of power outed homes, expected restoration, etc.) for the registered area.

●Contact us via chat
・You can easily use chat, which is convenient for inquiries about power outages, from within the app. Additionally, you can use chat to inquire not only about power outages, but also about abnormalities in electrical equipment.

●Useful information
-You can also view weather information such as lightning and typhoons, as well as information such as hazard maps.

*The areas where this app can provide power outage information are Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture, where Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution supplies electricity.
