works flawlessly for me. I have two air conditioners set up and multiple app users. ok it's a little slow to respond and misses a couple of the remote features but I found it straightforward to set up - just follow the instructions carefully - and then it never misses a beat. my AC units have the WiFi module built in from factory so not sure if that's where the difference is for me versus all of the low reviews. but I am happy with the app.

Your app only show me this: Air-conditioner can't be operated because air-conditioner status cannot be acquired. I have 2 aircon from MHD and was able to use this app only once in period of 2 years. It never worked, even I deleted and added aircon to the app several times

My air-conditioner can't be added no matter what I do. "Could not retrieve air conditioner information. Please start over from the beginning." The airco does get into the required mode and I'm able to connect to the AP. At the last step it just fails. Useless.
