About this app

This is an application exclusively for the Mitsuba Sankowa drive recorder EDR series.
You can play files, save them to your device, configure the EDR unit, etc. using the app.

It has been confirmed that some smartphones have unstable connections. If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, please check the "Troubleshooting Guide" from "Guide" in the app.

If you are using an overseas model, global model, or parallel import smartphone, the SSID of the EDR unit may not be displayed because the Wi-Fi channel available in Japan may be different. In this case, turn off the power to the EDR unit, switch to wireless LAN mode again, and try again.

After connecting to EDR, connection with this app may not be possible due to the status of the smartphone or other installed apps. This may be improved by restarting the smartphone, deleting and reconnecting the EDR access point, stopping or changing the settings of security software, and stopping other Wi-Fi device apps and Wi-Fi related apps.
