You can use your smartphone or computer to take medicines received at the pharmacy, manage missed doses, send prescriptions to the pharmacy in advance, link with Mynaportal, and more.

If you have an email address, you can easily register as an associate member.

■Medication notebook function
You can register and check information about the medicines you are taking (prescription medicines and over-the-counter medicines) on your smartphone.
With the barcode reading function, you can easily register over-the-counter drugs (over-the-counter drugs and drugs requiring guidance). You can also view detailed information on medicines.
You can check drug information even in environments where you cannot connect to the Internet, such as during a disaster.
*This applies to the past 6 months of drug information saved on the device when you start this app in an online environment.
■Prescription sending function
Prescriptions taken with a smartphone can be sent in advance to a Nippon Chokai pharmacy or partner pharmacy, making effective use of waiting time at the pharmacy.
Electronic prescriptions can also be sent in advance. (Please check the app for compatible stores)
*You must bring the original prescription with you to the pharmacy within the validity period of the prescription (in principle, within 4 days including the date of issue).
■Medicine information automatic reflection function
・Information on medicines handed over at Nippon Chosei pharmacies will be automatically reflected.
*This feature can only be used by "primary members".
・Medications prescribed at other than Nippon Chokai pharmacies and over-the-counter drugs can also be registered and managed using QR codes or manually.
*Can be used if the "JAHIS standard QR code", which is the standard for electronic medicine notebooks, is provided.

You can enter daily changes in your physical condition, such as weight, BMI, body temperature, number of steps, blood pressure, pulse, and blood sugar level, and check them in numbers and graphs.
*Android models that support NFC communication can automatically link data with healthcare devices.
*Data such as number of steps, blood pressure/pulse, and weight can be imported from the Google Play app "Google Fit".
■Calendar function
You can register the timing of taking medicines, records of hospital visits, scheduled hospital visit dates, etc.
You can manage your hospital visit schedule and payment costs.
■Connect function
This feature allows you to communicate with pharmacies in the form of short messages.

By linking with Mynaportal, you can check information on medicines registered on your My Number Card from the app.
