ZAICOS is a rental inventory management and inventory support system. It digitizes inventory checks and inventory reports, which were previously done using Excel or paper documents, enabling accurate and speedy business operations.

1. Real-time inventory status monitoring
Inventory list inquiry: Check all inventory information, including short-term and long-term rentals, at any time.
Powerful search function: Instantly find the inventory you need using multiple criteria, such as product name and lot number.

2. Prevent the risk of expired or non-returned items
SUBD list (use-by-date management): Automatically extracts products with less than 90 days until their use-by date (UBD). Reduces the risk of disposal due to expiration.
Unreturned alerts: Displays a list of short-term rental products that have passed their return date. Ensures that items are not missed.

3. Digitally complete inventory operations
Annual inventory reporting: Inventory reports are generated directly on the system. No handwriting or Excel exchanges are required.
Spot inventory: You can print out inventory reports at any time and use them for independent inventory checks.
