An app that makes moving and living in Osaka convenient. Osaka Metro has an urban MaaS concept called "e METRO," which creates new value by combining various services with transportation and contributes to Osaka's urban development.
[Main features of the app]
■Subway operation information
Osaka Metro delay information will be delivered via push notification, and you can check the sections where delays occur on the route map. You can also check the issuance of delay certificates and the operation information history for the past week.
■MY station/MY bus stop
By registering frequently used stations and bus stops, you can easily check the latest departure times, train running locations, route bus approach information, etc. from the home screen. At the train running position, the app original vehicle icon for each route is running!
■Osaka Point
You can save and spend points at Osaka Point affiliated stores. By registering your transportation IC card, you can earn points by riding subways and route buses, and you can also earn points by participating in the Mainichi Lottery, which you can try once a day. Aim for the “Opotan & Kadonosuke Award”!
Accumulated points can be used not only at affiliated stores, but also for credit card refunds within the app, such as on-demand bus rides and various mobile ticket payments.
■On-demand bus reservation
You can make reservations and make online payments for on-demand buses that serve the Kita Ward, Fukushima Ward, Ikuno Ward, and Hirano Ward areas of Osaka City. On-demand buses are reservation-based buses that do not have fixed routes or timetables, and are convenient to make reservations through an app.
■Mobile ticket
We are currently selling 1-day passes and 1-month commuter passes for the on-demand buses provided by Osaka Metro, as well as tickets that come with fixed-route buses and shared bicycles.
From June 2024, we have started handling digital tickets that allow you to ride subways and route buses using QR codes!

You can search for the best route to your destination by combining not only the Osaka Metro Group's subway and route buses, but also various transportation methods such as on-demand buses, shared bicycles, and taxis.
