The "Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank App" (hereinafter "this app") is the official app provided by Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank.
You can make deposits into app-exclusive fixed-term deposits without having to visit a branch. (App contracts can be used by people living anywhere in Japan.) The app design is a collaboration with Sanrio's "Kero Kero Keroppi." You can use the "customization" function to suit your mood.
You can conveniently open a regular savings account, check your balance, and view deposit and withdrawal details anytime, anywhere(*). You will also receive deposit and withdrawal notifications and recommended information on your smartphone.
*Please note that there may be downtime for maintenance.

- Individual customers who hold an Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank savings account and have a cash card for that account
- Customers wishing to open a savings account with Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank for the first time
- Customers wishing to receive campaign information and other information from Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank

■ How to Use
Download the app and enter your savings account branch number, account number, personal information such as your name, cash card PIN, and email address on the user registration screen. Then, set a password to use with the app.
After registering your account, you can log in by entering your login password or using biometric authentication.

■ Compatible Smartphone Versions
Android OS: 12.0-16.0
*Even if you are using the recommended environment, the app may not function properly depending on the model and device settings.
*Tablets are not recommended.

■ Notes
- Use of this app is free. However, communication charges for using and downloading the app are the customer's responsibility. (This includes additional communication charges incurred during version upgrades or when resetting the app due to malfunction.)
- If you use the app's deposit and withdrawal notifications, be sure to turn on notifications beforehand.
- This app may provide information such as campaign information related to Osaka Shoko Shinkin Bank's products and services.
- The app is subject to maintenance downtime during the following times: (5:00 AM - 5:20 AM every day, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM the following day, and 10:00 PM on December 31st each year - 10:00 AM on January 2nd the following year). Service may also be suspended due to unscheduled maintenance.
- This app uses your current location information to send notifications from the app via push notifications. To ensure accurate notifications based on accurate location information, GPS is used by default. Because GPS is used to obtain your location, please be aware of battery consumption. You can always select a setting that consumes less battery (without GPS).
