The app is extremely slow. To only chech how much data have I used In this month, it takes more than a minute. In addition to this, it is always showing adds of their other plans which I declined when I applied. So frustrating.

App is so slow ,doesn't even load properly .The developer doesn't know how to optimize their app.Rakuten is a big company but this app tells they are not.

This is basically a scam. When I signed up, there was no monthly fee (only how much data you use). They later added a fee. And now they make it impossible to cancel the service. Even after finally finding the carefully hidden place to cancel the contract, they will not accept my authorization to cancel it.
