Ratings and reviews

The UI design is really bad. Design is confusing and not a user friendly app. It would open browser for most of the important functions and you need to login for whatever you do. Regardless of you being able to understand Japanese, this app is not a user friendly app. It is already 2025 and most of the parts are like from dinosaur's era. A complete failure as a mobile application.

you have to re-login from time to time, and its a pain in the neck when you're trying to pay at the register because you are in a hurry. also, they send a verification code by email but you can't copy paste, and it's valid for only 30secobds. such a stressful experience, I don't recommend.

Awful app!! awful company! everything is so annoying and complicated! even if you are the customer, you have to do so much that feels like you are working for them. Also, customer service people are very dumb and disrespectful! There are other similar but younger companies that are doing much better than this raw garbage. Even with all these, it is hard to get an account here, and when you try it, they could regret you and don't let you know the reason...
